These are the features of Taylor, the AI receptionist from AI Bot Store. Every one of them comes with the single $300-a-month plan; there are no add-ons or tiers.
Answers the calls you miss, 24/7
Forward the calls you don't pick up to Taylor and she answers every one: at night, on weekends, and during the day while you're up on a roof or under a house. She greets callers with your business name, in a natural voice, and never puts anyone on hold. Each receptionist takes up to 5 calls at the same time and up to 150 a day.
Takes a complete message
A voicemail gives you a name and a number, if you're lucky. Taylor gets the caller's full name, reads their callback number back to confirm it, and asks for their email, the property address, what they need and how urgent it is. You call back knowing the job.
Knows who's calling
Not every call is a customer. Taylor sorts each caller as a new customer, an existing customer, a supplier, an insurance adjuster, a job seeker or a salesperson, and flags urgent jobs so they're the first thing you see. More on call screening.
Emails you the lead right after the call
The lead email arrives as soon as the call ends: a one-line summary, the caller's details, and buttons to call them back, text them back (a ready-to-send text from your own phone) or open the call. Send it to one address or several, like you and your office manager.
Catches hang-ups
If someone hangs up before leaving a message, you still get an email with their number so you can call them back. You get one per number per day, not one per ring.
Screens out spam
Robocalls and spam get a polite goodbye and never end up in your leads or your CRM.

Speaks English and Spanish
If the caller speaks Spanish, Taylor carries on in Spanish, and your lead email still arrives in English. More on Spanish calls.
Thanks your callers for you
Callers who give Taylor their email get a thank-you from your business right after the call: "Thanks for calling, someone will be in touch shortly", plus the links you choose, like your website or a page to request an estimate. It comes from your business name, tells them to reply to your own email, and you can edit it or turn it off. Salespeople, suppliers and job seekers don't get one.
Sends leads to JobNimbus
Connect JobNimbus and Taylor does the data entry: new callers become contacts in the workflow and status you choose, existing customers get a note on their record, and suppliers, insurers, salespeople and job seekers stay out. See the JobNimbus handoff.
Keeps every call on record
Every call, its transcript, its outcome and the lead are in your dashboard. Invite your office staff with their own logins.
Works with the phone you already have
You keep your number and your carrier. Taylor gets a local number of her own, and one code on your cell forwards the calls you miss (how it works).
Yours to adjust
Change your services, service area, hours, notes and your receptionist's name on your Setup page, and the changes go live on their own.
Built on solid ground
AI Bot Store runs on Cloudflare, whose Workers, D1 and Queues services are covered by Cloudflare's annual SOC 2 Type II report (security, confidentiality and availability). Everything travels over HTTPS, passwords are stored salted and hashed, and integration keys like your JobNimbus key are encrypted. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
What Taylor doesn't do
Taylor doesn't quote prices, book appointments into a calendar, transfer calls live to a person or make outbound calls. That's on purpose: callers never hear a price or a promise you didn't make, and you decide how to close every job.
