How call minutes work
Your plan includes 1,000 call minutes each billing month. Every call Taylor answers counts, measured by the second, and partial minutes aren't charged. If you go over, extra minutes are $0.25 each, added to your next monthly invoice. Unused minutes don't carry over. Your Setup page shows the minutes you've used so far this month, and every invoice spells out the included and extra minutes.

Each receptionist answers up to 5 calls at the same time and up to 150 calls a day, and a call can run up to 10 minutes.

Paying and canceling
You pay by card through Stripe's secure checkout; we never see your card number. The $300 is billed monthly in advance, and extra minutes, if any, are billed on the next invoice. Cancel anytime from your account (Setup → Manage subscription); your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. The Terms have the details.
