Setting it up
- Create an API key in JobNimbus. In JobNimbus settings, create an API key for AI Bot Store.
- Paste it on your Setup page. Your key is stored encrypted.
- Pick where new leads go. Choose the record type (workflow), status and lead source, and who gets tagged on the notes.
That's it. From the next call on, new leads appear in JobNimbus on their own, and you still get the lead email right after every call.
